Last night, Benjamin Dreyer was honored by the Dresden Chamber of Industry and Commerce as the best apprentice of his years’ electronics engineers for devices and systems while MOBA Mobile Automation’s branch in Dresden was awarded an excellent apprenticing company. This special recognition applies not only to the company, but also to all apprentices who have achieved first-class above average results over the past years.

Benjamin Dreyer regards the success of the MOBA as follows: "Every morning, we discussed the topics of the theoretical and practical aspects of the apprenticeship in accordance with the training plan.” In addition to the content of the apprenticeship and the motivation of the apprentice, tutor Conrad Zumpe considers a trust relationship and a working environment that supports the professional and personal development of the apprentices another factor of success for of a good apprenticeship certificate.

Since 2004, MOBA Dresden has been very successful educating in the field of ‘electronics engineers for devices and systems’. The combination of theoretical foundations, their direct implementation into practice and the intensive support provided by an instructor are the main focus. Also, the selection of the right candidates during the job interviews is one of the most important success factors. Only with the right motivation and the necessary commitment talents will grow when properly supported, which will shape the automation industry of the future together with us. We are proud to be able to promote performance-oriented young people and would like to thank all former trainees for their commitment.
