Claus Schwarz founded Schwarz Regelsysteme GmbH in 1992. The know-how, which was built up over many years, is now integrated and transferred into the MOBA Group. The many years of experience in repairing MOBA products in retail business complement the extensive product portfolio of MOBA Mobile Automation AG and complete its premium service in the DACH region.
Claus Schwarz hands over Schwarz Regelsysteme GmbH as of April 1, 2017, and withdraws completely from his company. MOBA Construction Solutions GmbH takes over all business processes. It unites the divisions sales, customer Service, support and repair under one roof, in the new office in Sandweg 51 in 65604 Elz, Germany.
As a global player and with more than 40 years of experience, MOBA Mobile Automation AG develops and manufactures automation technology for the mobile construction industry. The pursuit of innovation has driven the development of future-proof technologies since the first hour. Pioneering systems such as the MOBA-matic leveling system and the Big Sonic-Ski sensor combination have revolutionized and sustainably shaped road construction. The merger is the logical consequence to ensure a service that meets the high demands of MOBA products.
